What
to wear
Always wear something that
you feel comfortable in - I want you to feel confident and
comfortable in my classes.
Please make sure however
that your clothes are not too baggy as I need to see your
body 'alignment' to ensure that you are working safely and
correctly.
Clothing should have some
'give' so that you can move easily; leggings, tracksuit
bottoms or shorts are fine and the exercises can be done
barefoot or in socks.
Equipment
In some classes I like to
use small equipment such as balls, bands and hand weights
to add resistance and variety to the exercises. If you
would like me to source these for you to use in class -
and to practice with at home, please let me know.
If I can take multiple
orders I can often get these at a discounted price that I
can pass back to you.
